🥋 Adult Fundamentals (Beginner Classes)

Start your journey with confidence. Our Fundamentals classes focus on core principles, body mechanics, and essential techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, giving you a strong and safe foundation.

🧠 Adult Advanced BJJ Training

Designed for experienced students, these sessions go deeper into transitions, submission chains, positional strategy, and competition-style preparation.

🥇 Competition Class

Sharpen your mindset and refine your game. This high-intensity training is geared toward students preparing for local and international BJJ competitions, with focused drilling, situational rounds, and performance coaching.

👦 Kids & Teens Programs (Ages 4+)

Fun, structured, and focused on growth. Our youth classes help students build confidence, discipline, and respect while developing real BJJ skills.

🥊 Women’s Only Kickboxing Class

Train in a supportive, empowering environment with other women. This high-energy class focuses on striking technique, self-defense, and total-body fitness—no experience needed.
